Severn Cottage Services provides cottage and home liaison services. Our Liaison Service can give you the "PEACE OF MIND"  to meet and let contractors, service technicians & tradesmen into your cottage or home when you're not able to be there.

We will ensure the work gets done, secure your cottage or home after the work is completed and provide you with a post job report!

There are many reasons why you may need this type of service, whether you are a professional, a business owner with a hectic schedule or just not able drop what you are doing to meet with a contractor, service technician or delivery to your cottage or home.

Few of us in today's hectic pace of life feel that we have enough time to accomplish the things that we must do, let alone try and meet service contractors at home or the cottage. Severn Cottage Services can take that pressure off of you and be there in your absence.

In addition to our liaison services we can also provide project management.

We provide project management no matter the size! We can custom tailor the type of management to your project that best suits you and your budget.

We are accustomed to accessing remote properties either water acceby un assumed roads. We provide our own transportation for any of services including boats, ATV's, snowmobiles and 4 x 4 vehicles.
