Move in / Move out Cleaning

• Clean kitchen including inside cabinets, oven, microwave & refrigerator
• Clean bathrooms and inside cabinets
• Polish taps and faucets
• Move appliances and clean their sides & floor where appliances sit & wipe down walls in appliance areas
• Wipe down washer & dryer and cabinets
• Dust & wash all baseboards and trim & window sills
• Clean light fixtures and ceiling fans
• Wipe & clean wall switch plates
• Wash and clean all windows and remove drywall, stickers etc... inside & out
• Clean all interiors of closets
• Vacuum all floors and carpets
• Wash all floors
• Basement & Garage cleaning can be added for additional cost
• Severn Cottage Services will only remove garbage generated during the final clean

Our Move in / Move out Service usually takes between 4 to 6 hours to complete. This depends on the size of your home and the number of windows & doors.
